Fall Days and Holidays

A good start

An early Christmas present.

Brine Time

After last year's turducken Thanksgiving masterpiece, I was hard pressed to come up with something equally spectacular this year.

So I decided to do a brine.

Bringing, if you don't know, is similar to pickling. You use a salted bath to soak the turkey over night, which makes your turkey super moist and delicious.

here we go

brine time

squeeze out all the air

it's a two man job

whip my hair back and forth.

Thanksgiving pies

T-day minus 5 hours!
